Made by talented young vigneron Anthony Girard, Le Chêne Fourchu is made from a single hectare on pure limestone soils, with the wine matured in a mixture of oak barrels and concrete amphorae. This creates a wine with the chalky minerality of the finest Sancerre terroirs at its core, but also with the texture and richness of fne Burgundy or Bordeaux. Outstanding.
