To place a bid you will need to be logged in to an active Jeroboams account. It is FREE to setup an account, you just need your name, email, and a billing address.

Add a credit card as a payment method to your account
You need to add a credit card as a payment method to bid on wines. When a bid is successfully matched your card will be charged the bid amount. All bids are final and binding.

How to place a bid

Once you’ve found a wine or spirit that you want to place a bid on, click the ‘BID’ button to reveal the pop-up screen.

Decide the format and quantity you would like to purchase and confirm your bid price per unit.

Accept our terms and conditions by ticking the box and when you’re ready, click ‘PLACE BID’. You can view all of your live, matched and expired bids in your online Jeroboams account. All bids are final and binding.

After a bid is accepted

Live updates on your account
You will be notified via email once your bid has been accepted. Congratulations on your successful bid!
Payment taken
 Payment will be automatically taken from your registered credit card, and an invoice generated.
Transfer to our warehouse
Your order will be transferred into our storage warehouse, from where you can arrange delivery.
