Grattansbrook 1.1 Single Farm Origin is the 1st release from the 2015 Grattansbrook farm harvest of Taberna barley grown on a flat, fertile flood plain. Available exclusively in the UK, it has been aged for over 3 years and 10 months in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US and French Oak. Waterford Grattansbrook 1.1 shows notes of marzipan, white grapes and lemon zest. Aromas of raisins, cocoa powder and brown sugar are accompanied by citrus zest, toffee, exotic spices and banana. A rich texture with a dry, oily finish.
