Copalli's Single Estate Cacao Rum adds Organic cacao from the Copal Tree Estate to their fantastic white rum base to give a vibrant, chocolatey rum. For Copalli Cacao Rum, handpicked, organic cacao is roasted on site. These cacao nibs are infused in unaged column-still rum, bringing richness to the white rum, with no added sweeteners or additives necessary. Perfect to savour on its own, this works wonders in cocktails too. Think Espresso Chocolate Martinis or married with banana liqueur in a Talking Monkey.
