Cocchi Americano Rosa, 16.5% ABV (6 x Bottle)

Light, sophisticated and brimming with flavour, Cocchi Americano Rosa is leading the way in the new style of aperitivo drinks. Made in a similar way to Cocchi Americano, Rosa does however use a different base wine, the aromatic Brachetto, and enjoys a different recipe of botanicals including dried rose petals, vanilla and ginger.

Lots of aromatic spice on the nose, with clove, mace and nutmeg in particular. Vanilla, rose petal, sweet and bitter Seville orange zest follow. On the palate, Strawberry sorbet, slightly melted, with a big syrupy sweetness balanced by delicate bitter and herbal notes. Rose petals and grapefruit zest comes in behind, with touches of spicy fresh ginger. Aromatic strawberry leaves on the finish, flashes of ginger and a lingering rose sorbet sweetness.
