After initial maturation over a number of years in traditional oak barrels, this Arran Single Malt whisky from the Isle of Arran is transferred to Amarone casks where it takes on the rich and complex flavours of this iconic Italian red wine. Displaying the sweet-fruity characteristics of a classic Arran malt, with added depth of fruit and oak from the Amarone casks, this is an incredibly satisfying dram, with a rich brooding character full of complexity and quality.
