2020 Corton Bressandes, Grand Cru Domaine Antonin Guyon
Les Bressandes is the largest sub-section of Corton, Antonin Guyon farm a very specific 0.85 hectare parcel located underneath Clos du Roy Grand Cru, perfectly located on the mid-slope. The soils here have a little more clay, and the wines have a more velvet texture and approachability than those of Clos du Roy. More in the red fruit spectrum, plenty of fleshy fruit but finishes wonderfully elegant and supple, with floral notes of peonies and bright acidity. Drink 2025-2040
