The 2019 Chablis Village has a well-defined bouquet of citrus peel, orchard fruit and light flinty aromas, gaining intensity in the glass. The spicy palate is fresh and citrus-driven, with a fine bead of acidity and plenty of substance toward the persistent finish. Give this a year in bottle and you should have a delicious and quite complex Chablis-Villages.
