The 2018 Morey-Saint-Denis Très Girard is matured with 100% whole bunch and 40% new oak. The clean, precise bouquet unfolds nicely in the glass, the stem addition discreet and allowing the terroir to speak. The palate is medium-bodied with quite strict tannins and a fine bead of acidity. Full of tension, with a finish that you might swear comes from Dujac! Excellent.
