Intense straw yellow colour with green nuances and a creamy white mousse. Slightly cloudy owing to the yeast deposit. The nose has an intense aromatic bouquet of white flowers and apple skin. The palate is textural, with a certain bittersweet bite to it and a harmonious dry finish.
