2015 Etna Bianco, Contrada Blandano, Terra Costantino (Bottle)
This wine is a blend of 85% Carricante and 15% Catarratto. The 2015 Etna Bianco Contrada Blandano is a bit flat and lacking in vibrancy. The bouquet opens to honey, summer peach and poached pear. It sees 12 months in large oak casks and two years in bottle before its commercial release. Only 1,600 bottles were made.
