Snoqualmie Estate, Washington

Founded at the foot of the Cascade mountains in 1984, this was one of Washington’s first premium wineries. The winemaker since 1991 has been Joy Anderson, who has spearheaded the drive to improved environmental performance. The whole estate is farmed sustainably and the Naked range of wines are made from certified organic vineyards. A new environmentally responsible winery was built in Prosser and saw its first vintage in 2002. The Naked Riesling is a beautifully crafted wine with exotic stone fruit flavours, crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.
