Rotem Mounir Saouma

Rotem and Mounier Saouma have run their fine négociant business of Lucien le Moine in Burgundy since 1999, but they have long loved the wines of the Rhône. So, when 5 acres of fine vineyard in Châteuneuf came up for sale, they grabbed an opportunity that would not exist in Burgundy. Mounier has gone on to acquire a total of 8.5 hectares spread across all 5 communes in the appellation, from which they make outstanding and precise wines, attractive in youth and with great ageing potential. The Omnia (Latin for ‘all’) is a blend of wines from all of the terroirs.
