Hollick Estate

Planted by Ian and Wendy Hollick in ‘Nielson’s Block’ in Coonawarra, this eponymous estate is still run by them, although as its reputation has grown, so has the vineyard area, now standing at nearly 100 hectares. The Cabernet Merlot shows classic Coonawarra traits of cassis and peppermint, allied to fine subtle oak.
