Domaine Tortochot

Now run by Chantal Tortochot who returned to the family property and decided to stop selling fruit to negociants and bottle under the family name. She has converted her 12 hectares to fully organic practices, brought in different winemaking practices including up to 25% whole bunch fermented fruit, and as a result these wines are fresh, perfect for enjoying in their youth and offer great value.
