Domaine Simon Bize

Founded in 1868, under the stewardship of Patrick Bize through the 90s, this 22 hectare domaine became the best in Savigny, making wines of exceptional quality and value. Patrick passed away in an accident in 2013 at just 60 years old and his Japanese wife, Chisa along with other family members have maintained his legacy with aplomb. Their son Hugo, having completed winemaking studies, has now joined the domaine ensuring the family continuity.
