Domaine Samuel Billaud

Having made wine at Billaud-Simon for 20 vintages, Samuel Billaud set out to follow his own path following the sale of the family domaine to Faiveley. Now settled in his own modern winery in the heart of Chablis, Samuel produces wine from four hectares of domaine vineyards that are supplemented by purchased grapes.
