Domaine Rossignol-Trapet

Jacques Rossignol formed Rossignol-Trapet in 1990 with his sons Nicolas and David, and in the late nineties they adopted biodynamic methods with the aim of making the wines purer and more refined. The sons now run the estate, which was certified biodynamic in 2007. They farm 11 hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin and 2 hectares in Beaune. The wines are made with a delicate touch, and their 2018s are pitch perfect.
