Domaine Patrick Javillier

An electrical engineer by training, Patrick retrained and took over his family’s vineyard holdings in the 1970s, expanding then to the current 9 hectares and establishing himself as one of the finest addresses in Meursault. He is a great believer in lees ageing of his wines and this gives them a richness and immediacy that belies their great ageing potential.
