Domaine Ninot

This estate can trace its roots back to the 14th Century and is currently run by Erell Ninot, a young dynamo. She has holdings in around 12 hectares of vineyards spread across Rully, Mercurey and Givry and makes wonderfully supple and elegant wines. The Rully blanc is creamy textured with very subtle oak nuances and a citrus and mineral character.
