Domaine Etienne Sauzet

Founded in 1903, this domaine is one of the world’s greatest producers of white wines. Run by Gérard Boudot and his daughter Émilie (Etienne’s great- granddaughter), they have less than 9 hectares of vines, spread over 4 Grand Crus, 6 Premier Crus and Village appellations. Sauzet is one of the great names for white burgundy and whilst the top wines need a hefty investment and some patience, the basic Bourgogne is made with the same care and attention but is for everyday drinking.
