Domaine Darviot-Perrin
Run by Didier Darviot and his wife Geneviève, this domaine only started bottling its own wine in 1989, and only produces 2,500 cases of wine from just under 10 hectares spread across 10 Premier Crus and 8 Villages vineyards. No chemicals are used in the vineyards and winemaking is as natural as possible, with indigenous yeasts used and 12 months ageing in oak barrels, a quarter of which are new.
