Domaine Besson
This 8.4 hectare domaine was founded in the 1930s and has been run since 1989 by Xavier and Guillemette Besson. They make a range of 10 wines with minimum interventions, only indigenous yeasts used and very minimal SO2 additions. This is now one of the best domaines in Givry and the wines have an elegance not always associated with the village.
