Domaine Antoine Olivier

The family domain was started by Antoine Moreau-Chevalier in Santenay in the 1960s and Antoine created his domaine in 2003 when the family holdings were split between him and his sister and he is now an important producer of white wine in the appellation. He also has vines in Pommard, Rully and Savigny. All work is carried out by hand, with whites fermented in barrel and reds usually with a portion of stems. These are well made classically styled burgundies from a growing and thoughtful domaine.
