Daftmill

The Cuthbert family have grown malting barley in the Howe of Fife for six generations. However, with the completion of a new micro-distillery on the farm, the family now hope to capture the spirit of the land in a bottle. Daftmill Distillery is one of Scotland’s newest and smallest malt whisky distilleries. Set in the heart of Fife, they use their own barley, grown at Daftmill Farm, and sparkling water from their own artesian well to produce their malt whiskies.
