Closerie de Lyns

This property is owned by the Burgundy producers Collovray and Terrier. Antugnac is 140km south of Carcassonne in Limoux, the coolest vine growing area in the south. Daily temperature varies from 30ºC down to 12ºC at night, providing perfect conditions for Pinot Noir. Burgundian winemaking practices are used and 50% of the wine is aged in oak barrels (10% new) to give a savoury spicy backing to the raspberry and cherry fruit flavours.
