Chateau Petit Vedrines
The earliest origins of this estate can be traced to the 18th Century. In the 19th Century the estate was divided into three (Doisy-Védrines, Doisy-Däene and Doisy-Dubroca), with the Vedrines portion staying in the original family. In 1851 the Boireau family purchased the 30 hectares of Védrines and their descendants still run it today. The vineyard is 85% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon and the wines are aged in oak (70% new each vintage) for 16 months.
