Chateau La Fleur-Petrus

Purchased in 1950, this was the first property acquired by the negocient JP Moueix. The original property was 9 hectares located next to Pétrus, but over the years two further plots have been added, one next to Trotanoy and one by Hosanna and there are now just under 19 hectares, 91% planted to Merlot supplemented with a touch of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Recent years have seen some fine vintages here and this is one of the top ranked properties in Pomerol.
