Chateau La Conseillante

One of the most historic estates in Pomerol with its boundaries virtually unchanged in two centuries, La Conseillante sits as one of the very top estates and has been in the Nicolas family since 1871. Near the border with St.-Émilion, its neighbours include Cheval Blanc and l’Evangile. A little over 12 hectares in size, the vineyard is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from which around 4,500 cases of highly prized wine are made each year.
