Chateau du Coulaine

The Château de Coulaine has been in continuous operation for 700 years and has been owned and run for the last 20 years by Etienne and Pascale de Bonnaventure. They currently farm 12 hectares of vineyards on the Chinon plateaux which are certified organic. With low yields giving high levels of ripeness and non-interventionist winemaking allowing the fruit to express itself, their Chinon is a wonderfully approachable wine full of fresh summer fruit flavours.
