Chateau Cissac
This 55 hectare property is one of the region’s more traditional producers, making 10,000 cases of quite full bodied, dense and tannic wine. In recent years the style has become more accessible, but it remains a wine most appreciated by classicists. They also make around 8,000 cases each year of Reflets, their second wine, which, whilst still a traditional ‘cigar box and cedar’ style, is less tannic and dense, and consequentially more approachable.
