Chateau Calvimont

Xavier and Caroline Perromat took over the historic 26-hectare Château de Cérons estate from his parents in 2012. Once owned by the Marquis de Calvimont, a part of the estate has always been bottled under his name. A new, gravity feed winery was constructed, and the estate has HVE3 environmental certification, reflecting their use of cover crops, mechanical weeding and organic fertilizers.
