Chateau Bernot
This property has belonged to the Bernard family for the past two generations. There are 44 hectares of vineyards planted to 60% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet Franc. The length of maceration is a relatively short 3 weeks, to give a wine of bright red fruits and very supple tannins, which is a pleasure to drink with lamb or charcuterie.
