Boisson Frere et Soeur

The Boisson family have produced wine in Meursault for over two hundred years and are one of the finest producers in the village. The father, Bernard Boisson, remains a constant presence at the domaine, but today the production is collaboratively bottled under the names of his children, Pierre and Anne Boisson. Pierre went to school with Raphael Coche, the son of Jean-François Coche of Domaine Coche-Dury, and the two domaines have very similar philosophies. We are delighted to have exclusivity in the UK for a new wine from the domaine, produced in the north of the Mâconnais, in Cormatin. They have 3 hectares of vines and are as strict with their viticulture and vinification in the Mâconnais as they are in Meursault. This is an out-of-category Mâcon-Villages that would convince many a blind taster that it comes from Meursault!
