Ayala

Ayala is one of the oldest Champagne houses and was a founding Grande Marque. The house enjoyed a golden age in the 1920s and became world famous before fading to relative obscurity. Purchased by Bollinger in 2005, heavy investment has bought the marque back to prominence, making Chardonnay dominant wines of great freshness and with very low dosages.
