Apostolos Thymiopoulos

From a long line of grape growers, Apostolos released his first wine in 2005 and has become the undistputed star of young Greek winemakers. 10 different wines are made from the Xinomavro grape variety grown biodynamically in two different vineyards in the Naoussa region and his wines have extraordinaty finesse and elegance.
