Andrew Quady
Andrew and Lauren Quady started their winery in 1975 making Californian ‘port’. Over the years, the winery has grown, as has the range, which now encompasses Muscat dessert wines, Fino Sherry and Vermouths! The Elysium is made from dark skinned Muscat Hamburg, which produces a clairet coloured wine with intense aromas of roses and lychees. It is fantastic with red fruit desserts as well as being one of the few wines to work with chocolate.
