Vinous

The 2018 Sergant is jammy, unctuous and delicious. Plush fruit and ripe, silky tannins give the 2018 tons of immediacy and sheer appeal. The 2018 is rich and jammy, but those qualities will serve it well over the near and medium term. Tasted two times.

Vinous

The 2018 Sergant is a very promising Lalande-de-Pomerol, featuring ripe raspberry and crushed strawberry on the pure, enticing nose; lovely scents of rose petal emerge with time. The medium-bodied palate delivers fine-grained tannins that frame creamy-textured, almost corpulent red berry fruit, and a dash of spice on the finish. Just beautiful!
