Very refreshing and approachable. Soft and smooth – notably smoother than many ryes, in fact – this has great balance between the herbal spiciness of fennel and caraway seed and the creamy toffee notes from the cask. Dry, spicy and clean. Refined for a rye, this is complex and characterful.
