Continuing their flair for experimenting with unusual casks, the Glenfiddich 23 Year Old Grand Cru is originally aged in American and European oak casks before being moved over to rare French oak casks previously used to hold a notable French wine. The influence is superb! Apple blossom, fresh bread and candied lemon peel on the nose leading to lots of rich vanilla oak, pear and white grape on the palate. Big, opulent and super delicious, this is definitely one for the collection.
