Who are Jeroboams?

Founded in 1985 Jeroboams is a family owned wine merchant with 10 award-winning shops across London, specialising in fine wines and offering a wide range of bespoke services. From delicious bottles for immediate home drinking, to buying wine in bond, en primeur, and broking your collection for sale, our hard-working teams are there to meet your every vinous need, and ensure you receive the highest level of service throughout.

What is happening to my wine collection stored with Davy & Company Ltd?

As part of a recent agreement, the storage and management of your wine collection will be transferred to Jeroboams Group Ltd. Your wine collection will be landed into London City Bond, Eton Park where it will be stored in a unique account under your name.

When will the transfer be completed?

The transfer process is expected to complete in spring 2025. During this time, your wines will be carefully transitioned to Jeroboams’ systems without any interruptions to your service.

Will I be charged any fees for this transfer?

There will be no fees charged for the transfer. In addition to this we are pleased to confirm that you will benefit from free storage until April 1st, 2025.

Can I access my wine collection during the transition?

Yes, you have control of your cellar through our dedicated online customer portal. To login and view your cellar as it is being transferred, please register an account here.

Who will be my main point of contact at Jeroboams?

You will soon start receiving communications and fine wine offers from your fine wine account manager who will be your dedicated point of contact for any enquiries or advice regarding your collection.

What facilities does LCB Eton Park offer?

LCB Eton Park  is a state-of-the-art facility, where wines are free from natural light and vibration, temperature and humidity controlled, and fully secure and insured to market value.

What services and offers can I expect from Jeroboams?

As a private client of Jeroboams, you will benefit from the newest fine wine releases, priority access to Burgundy, Bordeaux and Piedmont En Primeur, invitations to intimate winemaker dinners and tasting events, and complete control of your cellar through our dedicated online customer portal.

What if I want my wines delivered or transferred to another storage facility?

If you prefer to have your wines delivered to a UK address or transferred to another storage provider, please notify your account manager or via the form below as soon as possible. We will provide details on any applicable charges for delivery or third-party transfers.

How will I receive updates during the transition process?

You will receive regular updates from Jeroboams throughout the transition process. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to your account manager or via the form below.
