Tasting notes
Made using a combination of agave sourced from Valle de Yequila and Los Altos de Jalisco, fermented with wine yeast at 7,200ft in the mountains of La Sierra del Tigre, Tierra Noble blanco is beautifully aromatic and textural. Cooked agave, herbal notes, along with mint, citrus and a touch of anise, it is smooth and fresh, with a long, rich and balanced finish.
