Tasting notes

Roku gin is the first gin made by the legendary Japanese distillery, Suntory. Traditional gin botanicals are the core of this gin, with native Japanese botanicals adding touches of idiosyncracy to this great spirit, including sakura leaf, s akura flower, sencha and gyokuro tea, sansho pepper and yuzu peel, representing each one of the four seasons. Bright and vibrant, there is an earthy undertone to a mild sweetness and zesty citrus, with a light pepper flavour jumping about t he palate. Delicate and delicious.
