Grappa di Bassano Capovilla Distillati, 41% ABV (70CL)
Distillati Capovilla's Grappa di Bassano is made using the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Vespaiolo grapes. Using a bain marie, the pomace is distilled slowly at a low temprature to retain the delicate falvours of the pomace. Unique about this grappa is the name 'di Bassano' as it requires the liquid be made only with pomace local to the town Bassano del Grappa. Very clean and pure, with notes of spice, white flowers, pear and almond.
