Aker is a collaboration of two quintessentially English producers: Chapel Down and Capreolus. Made with a combination of rosé wines from Chapel Down, raspberry eau-de-vie from Capreolus and English botanicals, including wormwood, this fruit y, refreshing aperitif is full of flavours of citrus, summer blossom, juicy raspberries and herbs. Enjoy this aperitif in a spritz, or mixed with a light tonic and fresh mint and strawberries.
