Tasting notes
Medium gold in in appearance, with a fine fresh bouquet of orange peel and flowers. On the palate it has an excellent balance, the sweetness being offset by fine acidity. Flavours of tropical fruits and oranges with a great length.

The 2018 Tokaji Blue Label 5-Puttonyos is blessed with an effervescent bouquet: dried honey, white flowers, apricots and touches of quince. Wonderful delineation. The palate is viscous on the entry with sufficient countervailing acidity to keep this Tokaji on its toes. That apricot element is quite pronounced. Crème brûlée and almond hints appear towards the persistent finish. Drink this now and over the next 12 to 15 years.
