Appealingly sweet and broad in the mouth, showing very good depth and back-end cut to the juicy, smoke-accented black and blue fruit flavors. Shows a building floral quality and strong, spicy lift on the gently tannic, persistent finish, which leaves a hint of candied flowers behind. For its category, this wine delivers superb value.
