Tasting note
Deep ruby coloured, with a nose full of black cherry, raspberry and spice. The palate is rich and creamy, with refreshing acidity and very smooth tannins.
Our thoughts
Hunter’s is now the only Marlborough estate founded in the 1970s remaining in the original family ownership. With over 100 hectares of vineyards in the Wairau Valley, which are certified sustainable, they produce some of Marlborough’s greatest wines. A warm 2022 summer provided excellent fruit for this Pinot.
