Yellow Spot 12 Year Old whiskey contains single pot distilled whiskies matured in a combination of Bourbon, Sherry and Malaga wine casks. Big aromas of mown hay, cracked black pepper, nutmeg and clove. A bright, herbal green tea flavour is also present. The palate is big and rich, with honey and peaches working together with red apple, creme brulee and toasted oak. Really bright and delicious.
