Sipsmith V.J.O.P Gin, 57.7% ABV (6 x 70CL)
Sipsmith V.J.O.P (Very Junipery Over Proof) arose from a desire to produce a gin packed to the brim with juniper flavour. When raising the concentration of juniper, the alcohol content is required to jump up a little bit so the assertive flavours can be carried from berry to glass. Using double the quanity of juniper that is in their London Dry, the V.J.O.P is big and piney, with lots of cedarwood, dark chocolate and spice flavours. Perfect mixed with tonic to make a punchy G&T.
